For some reason whenever I come to this location the lines are always long and there are never enough cashiers available. Once, while waiting on a particularly long and annoying line, one of the cashiers was actually on her phone doing who knows what. Either way she didn't seem too bothered by the line because she was more concerned with whatever was on her phone than actually being a quick and efficient cashier. Service can also be hit or miss; I've had cashiers that were okay and others that didn't seem to have a clue what the hell was going on.
I've also attempted to purchase cosmetics here several times and rarely do I ever buy anything because the products (mainly lipsticks) are always already opened. I know it's probably very difficult to stop customers from opening products because people want to see how they really look, but if I can't even find an unopened product among 5 of the same brand/color of lipstick, I'm not going to purchase. I doubt anyone else would either. At least cycle through and make sure there are enough unopened ones available.
Kudos to the guy who greets people at the door though. He's always pretty pleasant.
