It would be so great if this place had good food since it's so convenient, but the food is terrible and the service is not good. Staff is extremely nice to each other, but I sat there while they continued to talk to each other and felt uncomfortable ordering. I also ordered a grilled cheese only to be told they had run out of american cheese; how can you not have American cheese when you share a wall with Gristedes and you're an eating establishment serving grilled cheese? I hope they can turn things around here!
