Dont waste your time. I came here after shopping at mjm and i was so disappointed. I should of went to mcdonalds instead of this place. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which came with hella peppers which i hate peppers! On top of that, cash only! CASH ONLY?! Is this 1999? Everyone has cards in modern day society stop being cheap.
Right before spending an entire day playing Pokémon Go together, my younger brother said he wanted a bagel for breakfast. I hadn't visited this shop in years! Not surprised it's still open, it's the only decent place in the area with more than two flavors of cream cheese. Prices are slightly cheaper than in my neighborhood, but the quality of lox is a bit lacking. Very rude, argumentative customers who think you won't speak up when they try to cut you in line. The store's staff is very nice, though, and know what they're doing. Cash only, as well, but thankfully there's a Chase bank right around the corner.
I am a supporter of local businessess specifically that is few walks from my place. A busy workday morning in the store. I ordered my usual half dozen ( everything and plain)bagel and lax spread. I like their bagels as it is soft and normally lasts longer (more than a day) for left over than other bagel store. The service as always is great. Very productive staff, every second counts, they know that everybody is running to go to their offices after. Total cost for a breakfast of 6, very affordable. Skip the coffee for today, bagels are for visiting family from Cali waiting in the house. Take pride in asking them to try NY bagels. I would say , this store did not disappoint them.
Always a fan.
Super nice place and a way better option than Dunkin Donuts. Just be prepared to spend more. I ordered two toasted plain bagels one with bacon egg and cheese and another with egg salad then a snapple drink. It all came out to $9.00 but I don't mind paying for a fresher option. The sandwiches were good and I got the right order unlike Dunkin Donuts. The place could use a little cleaning up by the window edges.
All in all a good place and I will be back to try different things. From what I saw they have many different cream cheese flavors.
