Holy Cow! Let's talk decadence. These cake balls are somewhere between cake and truffle, covered in chocolate and entirely fantastic. I was in a bind because it was the hubby's birthday and I left the cake buying to the last minute. I knew I didn't want to buy a whole cake so I was thinking maybe cupcakes? Or at least something small that would be festive but that would be different. So after searching the interweb and specifically Yelp I found these amazing nuggets. I shot a frantic email to Ms. G., the proprietor and hoped for the best. What an accommodating, friendly response. 'I can make you some birthday balls' she said. No problem. Sure I can deliver them. What?! For realz? Um, YES PLEASE! The same afternoon, only a few hours later she dropped by with the cutest cake balls, very festive, in a really cute packaging. But would they taste yummy? Um, hell yes! Hubby was uber happy and I managed to look like the caring missus without ever leaving my home. I am sooo going to order the Adult ones ( i.e. alcohol) for my next function. Can you say Southern Comfort, Whiskey, Hennesy/? Because I sure can. Above and beyond customer service. Delish and decadent product. A winner every which way you look at it. Bring on the CAKE BALLS!
My god. Cake pops!! They really know how to make them here. Decadent, flavorful, artfully crafted, attention to detail. I love their pops!! Prices are external reasonable especially for the amount of labor involved in making these delectable treats. Splurge and treat your loved one to some of these and you'll be a hero!!!
