  1. My buddies always insist we order one of the giant pizza whenever they come up to Hoboken. The wings here are good… not as good as cluck u, but good. Reliable for delivery pizza.

  2. I forgot how I found out about this place… but I'm glad I did. A good default place if you want wings. There's also a pizzeria there (it's the same restaurant), but I've only ever gotten wings from here.

This is much more of a takeout place than an eat-in restaurant. The wings are available with a ton of different sauces, have pretty affordable pricing, and there's parking right in front of the place (so you can call ahead and pick up) – a solid 3; Not the best, but and a good choice for wings in Hoboken.

  3. Very disappointed with this place. I'm a huge fan of wings, and I'm honestly not super picky about them. Whether they're dry or juicy, bland or flavorful, I typically will still enjoy them. These were probably some of the worst wings I've had, which is sad because the name of this place is "Wings To Go."

I came in here on a Tuesday night to pick up some food "to go" after my boyfriend's basketball game nearby. The place wasn't busy at all, but I wasn't alarmed since it was a week night and a little later than normal dinner hours. I ordered an 8-piece buffalo wings, and my boyfriend ordered a grilled chicken sandwich.

My walk home was no more than 5 minutes long, and I pulled out my food right upon getting home. My wings were cold and soggy and gross. My boyfriend literally threw his sandwich away after the first bite… I was actually surprised about that, because he's usually not picky, especially when hungry. How bad could it possibly have been?? I wouldn't know, since I wouldn't try it, but wow.

Service was pretty slow, too. Hope they read this and improve all around so they can get some more business, but I'm personally not coming back here 🙁

  4. Tried them for the first time on a football funday sunday.

I've been combing the tri-state area for the best wings to munch on while watching football. I was excited to see they had a bunch of sauces to choose from, some involving my favorite spice flavoring, garlic. On my first attempt I tried out the teriyaki, buffalo garlic, and golden garlic.

They told me delivery would take 45 minutes, which on a Sunday is more than reasonable. All the wings were lightly battered, crispy, and delivered hot (temperature wise).

The teriyaki wings were my favorite. The sauce doesn't really hold to the wings like you would imagine it holding to say a buffalo wing, but you get enough of it on the wing, and with a little extra dunking in the tray you get a perfectly coated wing. To date 10th & Willow has the best teriyaki wings in town.

Next up were the golden garlic wings, which were hauntingly familiar in flavor. For some reason it reminded me of the buttery garlic flavor I use to bake my lobsters. Simple and messy. I wish they mixed the garlic and the teriyaki together. That would blow my mind. To date 4 L's has the best buttery garlic (lemon) wings in town – Sienna wings.

Last, but not least, the buffalo garlic. These were your standard buffalo wings. More buffalo taste than actual spiciness (which reminded me of Frank's Buffalo Sauce). Didn't really taste the garlic, but it was still good. Some blue cheese dipping on the side made it all worth it. To date Hudson Tavern has the best buffalo wings in town.

Three flavors down, with about 17 to go. I'd diffidently order from here again. The guy on the phone was clear, my delivery time was as promised, and the food was delivered hot and tasty.

  5. I have ordered wings, for delivery, several times from here – I have yet to be disappointed.

Staff: The person who answers the phone is always very nice and the delivery usually takes about 45mins (not bad).

Food: I always get the boneless wings and I really enjoy them! Sure, they could be hotter but they are delivery, what do you expect (esp in the winter!). But the meat tastes great and the sauces are delicious (Buffalo Garlic is what I usually go with, but Hot and Cajun are great too). Celery and ranch are extra, but they are pretty good quality.

Value: A little bit on the pricey side, for just wings, but I guess they can charge a premium because they are the only wing-delivery place in Hoboken (and they are good!).

Whenever I have a taste for wings I always think of, and go with, W2G – and I always will into the future.

  6. By far the best wings I've had anywhere. We order the wings extra crispy which I think makes them even better. So so so good. We usually go all out when we order from here so we get the three cheese and bacon fries along with the wings. YOPP amazing! I got my mom hooked and she's very very picky. If you're in the area and craving wings – check them out! It's a small space and I personally wouldn't eat there but they do have a couple of tables.
Their pizza is also really good. I can say I've never had anything bad from this place but then again I usually get the wings and when it isn't wings it's their Greek salad (AMAZING DRESSING btw) and Italian sub.
