What we have here is a take out joint in transition. It is not busy in here at all. Sadly they have no advertising and no much "hey look over here" near the busy highway. It's a big location with 7 or 8 tables. I'm getting the take out vibe here unless the lunch crowd ever picks up.
The owner is very friendly and told me she just wants to concentrate on the BBQ ribs chicken and pork. She is removing many of the more complicated Philippine dishes from the menu.
Yes there is a long wait but they are doing a home style cooling here so you will get fresh food. You must also remember the lifestyle is a slower pace so chill on the immediate need! You can order ahead which is recommended.
I got the Rib & Chicken combo with Yellow rice. I also ordered Lupia (crispy pork egg rolls) all of the food was delicious and made with care. The chicken was moist and tender and had an excellent rub. The ribs were also very good. Even the Lupia were great.
I want the readers to keep in mind the food takes time so either call ahead or prepare for a wait. I believe these ladies know how to cook they are learning how to run a restaurant.
