I came for lunch and the atmosphere was nice, but definitely rather bland. It was empty at around 4:30 pm on a rainy day. I ordered the sushi deleux which was alright. The portion sizes were good and the sushi was quite fresh, but nothing spectacular. Price wise, I wasn't too impressed, I still had some room left and my bill was at 17 bucks! Even for Manhatten prices I felt this was a bit much. Washrooms were acceptable (if you've read my posts this is always my "must see"). They have mochi for dessert, which is a KEY japanese dessert (doe around icecream)… unfortunately they did not have it that day, but I'm sure they will.
So all and all the menu seems alright, nothing outrageous but they seem to have a few interesting rolls (though served at other restaurants), and not quite the flare. The staff were friendly and considerate.

Still worth a try!
