Went here a couple times but never got to review the place. I'm just reviewing my last experience at this restaurant. We came here to meet a couple of friends on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. We had to wait a couple minutes for them to setup the table but it was fine. The service was okay, our server also worked at the bar which was kind of strange I thought. We had to flag her down a couple times to place our orders and request more water.
I ordered the SAM Burger which tasted good with thousand island sauce. I do not like the fact that fries doesn't come with the burgers like other places. I ordered Cole slaw which was good as well and not too watery as some other places make it. The sweet potato fries is tasty with the ranch dipping sauce. After getting our food, the server forgot the kids drink which we just remembered and the kids was almost done. I had to flag another server down and eventually our server came a couple minutes later. Overall, the food was good but the service might need some improvement.
Came here for lunch on a gorgeous Friday afternoon….wanted a good burger and wanted to give Zinburger another shot..
I came here years ago when it first opened and haven't been back since… and boy has it changed… I remember the burgers looked like sliders but now they are diesel…
It was pretty full for 2pm…
I ordered "the ringer", it's definitely meaty along w an onion ring and bacon (who doesn't love bacon)…
It was done to perfection… also got some truffles fries and zucchini fries with that…
Everything was so good and massive I could feel my heart slowly shutting down… but it was worth it…
And of course I saw everyone with a shake and of course I had to have one -samosas shake to be exact and it tasted exactly like the cookie…
Needless to say I was on a strict soup and salad diet for the next week and it was worth every bite…
Zinburger was sinfully delicious. I showed up with a group of 4 at 8 on a Friday night. They told us it was a wait of 30 minutes but was actually only 5, so don't let them scare you off.
I was pretty hungry, but even I exceeded my usual food intake. I started with a glass of wine, which was good but not great for $9. The burger came out perfectly. Heads up, they actually cook to the true name. While at many burger joints, a medium rare is really medium, theirs is truly medium rare. That said, it was delicious. The fries were great too. I am a fan of the thinner fries at times, and they had a good amount of flavor.
Then we pushed it overboard. I split a butterfinger milkshake. They were kind enough to split it before bringing it out. The flavor was perfect. I would prefer a thicker shake so I'll ask for that next time.
I'll definitely return here again, and look forward to trying more burgers on their menu, and of course, more shakes..
Fun place with lots of TVs, seating, and delicious food and drink! Parking can be tough though. Came with friends on weeknight, sat at bar first before we closed our tab and decided to get a table. Happy hour deals include half priced wine bottles on Wednesdays, $5 plain burgers M-F, $1 off glasses, and half off sweet potato/hand cut/double truffle/zucchini fries. We split a bottle of riesling- typical sweet white wine, and got zucchini fries and I got the blanco burger (Pepper Jack Cheese, Pico De Gallo, Guacamole, Lettuce & Chipotle Mayo). Our server was great and explained the Southern Gentleman special burger of the week (mayo, pimento cheese, fried green tomatoes, cole slaw) which sounded delicious as well. I split the blanco with a friend and was pretty full! Delicious burger but pretty standard. Zucchini fries were excellent with a coating of breadcrumbs on top. It came with a white cheese dip, and our server brought a cup of ketchup for each of us. He was a bit overzealous throughout our time there though, and there were plenty of open tables. Overall great experience with great company!
We sat outside and it was a beautiful day. Ordered a drink the sidewinder, it was good but had the biggest cube of ice in it which was cool but for ten dollars I feel like I had three sips of it. Anyway on to the food, my friend ordered the zinburger which looked so good! Unfortunately I'm not eating carbs so I ordered the veggie burger with no bun and a side salad. It was very good but I feel like overall it was lacking seasoning. My diet sucks and it was pretty apparent today! Lol but I would definitely give this place a world again!
The Kobe beef burger is the only burger I would order from here. It is juicy and full of flavor. The zucchini and double truffle fries are amazing!! If you do not order at least one of these fries you are missing out. I could easily come here just for their fries that's how good the zucchini and double truffle ones are. Tip: If you come on a Saturday or Sunday night prepare to wait a while. The good news is that they have a texting system to let you know when your table is ready which a real plus.
Came here at 3pm today with a total party if 8 and ordered the west coast chicken. You can either have it served as crispy or grilled chicken. I chose the grilled chicken and it was delicious. It comes lettuce, tomato, mayo, cheese and avocado with few slices of pickles on the side. The fries are always extra $ and never included with the burgers like most other burger joints. I had the sweet potato fries with the ranch flavored dipping and it is yummy. I wished the fries portion size were more generous.
The reason why I decided to take one star rating away than my initial rating two years ago is their lack of attentive service. The employees are friendly but once you place an order and receive your food, no one comes by to check if anything else is needed like making sure we have napkins and serving utensils, refilling our drinks. In today's visit, our waitress totally forgot our kids drink. My husband and I tried to flagged down our waitress and she was no where to be seen. Smh. Eventually, I saw standing at the bar. I asked about the kids drink and at least she admitted that she forgot it. My kids were almost done eating btw.
I can't imagine how dinner service will be when it's busy.
This is my usual go to spot with my coworkers after our Sunday shift. Our 'BBS' burger, beers, sundays!
The burgers are great, the beer selection is decent. No complaints. My go to is the farm salad though, super awesome. My newest fave is their mac & cheese, super cheesy and gooey, and all magical things.
Gotta come back to try their shakes though.
